The Guidance and Counseling Department is staffed by professional school counselors who advocate, collaborate and facilitate individual and system change to ensure every student has the knowledge and skills necessary for academic success and personal growth. It is a shared responsibility of both student and counselor to know each other well and to develop a relationship helpful to the student. Students should take advantage of this service to its fullest and not wait until the last minute to get to know their counselor.
