The English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC) is a group of involved parents of Marlborough students who are or were in the English Learner Program.  These students have unique programs and opportunities created just for them, and often these students-and their families-can also have unique questions and concerns. Please come and share your ideas and questions-we need you!
