• How to request student records


    To request student records, please make your request in writing and send/email to the principal of the appropriate school.

    Please include the following information in your request:

    • Child's name and date of birth
    • Parent/guardian name & contact information
    • Date of request
    • Name of school
    • Principal's name & email address
    • School address
    • Specific information being requested
