School Council
ATTENTION: Whitcomb School Council Seeking Members
Parents, guardians and any Marlborough resident interested in improving our schools is welcome to put their name forward and join the Whitcomb School Council. School Councils were created by the Massachusetts Legislature as a vehicle for parents to have a voice in the direction that the schools their children attend and their taxes fund are taking. The Council reviews the school budget, helps to write the School Improvement Plan and reviews the school handbook.
Your participation is welcome and is important. Please express your interest by sending an email to Principal Angela House at: ahouse@mps-edu.org with the subject line: School Council.
Membership requires committing to a monthly meeting. Meeting schedule will be set by the Council. For additional information about School Councils please go to: View Website Department of Elementary & Secondary Education
