1. In an effort to encourage a frank exchange of ideas and information about the improvement of public education in Marlborough, the Committee shall have a faculty member appointed to the Committee ex-officio yearly by the Marlborough Educators’ Association.

2. The faculty representative shall not attend executive sessions of the Committee.

3. The Faculty Representative is a non-voting member of the School Committee.
