The chairperson of each sub-committee will report the activity of their committee that has occurred since the last meeting on items which have been referred to them by the full committee, by Administration, State or Federal notification, as well as periodic updates as necessary. Any items in the sub-committee may be reported out of committee under this agenda item with the exact vote of the committee reported.

1.    The sub-committee’s recommendation is reported to the full School Committee and will be placed on the agenda of the next regular meeting for first read by the full committee. Any item reported out with a recommendation for a vote of the full committee at the same meeting will require a suspension of the rules and a majority vote of the committee.
