MEMBERS’ FORUM
At all regular meetings, the agenda item Members’ Forum shall provide members of the School Committee with an opportunity to raise any appropriate subject.
Any item brought up by a School Committee member during Members’ Forum may upon request of the School Committee member:
be placed on the agenda of the next School Committee meeting
be at a future meeting as requested
be a subject of a special School Committee meeting
be referred to a sub-committee of the School Committee or referred to the superintendent for action.
The requests shall be recorded in the minutes and the superintendent shall take note of all requests for appropriate action.
No formal vote or action may be taken during this portion of the meeting.
