Annual contractual salary increases will be given, if approved in the annual budget, providing teachers meet requirements as stated in the contract that exists between the School Committee and the Marlborough Educator’s Association.

Teachers who are under contract, and who serve for ninety-one complete working days within a school year shall be granted the contractual salary increase at the beginning of the next school year. Teachers who serve for less than ninety-one days shall not be awarded a contractual salary increase during the next school year.

Paraeducators, Behavior Technicians, Cafeteria Workers and 10-month Administrative Support Staff who serve for ninety-one complete working days within a school year shall be granted the contractual salary increase at the beginning of the next school year. Such employees who serve for less than ninety-one workdays shall not be awarded a contractual salary increase during the next school year.
