Superintendent's Office
The Office of the Superintendent oversees all district operations, including the offices of Personnel, Finance & Operations, Teaching & Learning, Student Support, Information Technology and Communications. The Superintendent reports directly to the Marlborough School Committee and is charged with upholding the district's mission and executing its strategic goals.
Meet our Interim Superintendent
Jason DeFalco, Ed. D. has over 20 years of experience in public education, most recently serving as the superintendent of the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District, with prior experience in urban public schools. He holds a Doctor of Education degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Science in School Leadership and Administration from Worcester State College. Originally from Worcester, Dr. DeFalco is also a dedicated dad to two sons.
He has served as interim superintendent for the Marlborough Public Schools since July 2025.
